Hiya

The following people want in:

Autumnlady
Dozymare
TheDrsWife
Bubbaz
Yorky
PinkyMinky

Any more for any more???

I think the sensible way to do it is that each person sends their book to the same person every month to avoind confusion ie:

Autumnlady to Dozymare, Dozymare to DrsWife etc etc

We could do this on a certain day every month such as the 30th or something? I am open to offers on how fast people read etc.

Hello lovely ladies.

I'm in a bit of a tizz! I wasn't expecting to join the book club until next month. So, when Dozy asked us to check for an email and I hadn't received one, I thought nothing of it.

I've just had a book delivered (looking forward to reading it!!) but don't know who it's from, who/where I should send it back to or how I need to send a book to! AGH!!

If an email went out with me included on it, could someone do me a huge favour and forward it to me, please? My address is creena_e AT hotmail dot com. Hopefully, I'll catch up with you all!

If I was meant to send someone a book, I'm so sorry that I'm lagging behind - I promise I will send one out ASAP as soon as I find out where it's got to go to!

Also, Twink - so sorry to hear that you;re feeling poorly again. You poor thing! Would it be worth having a chat with your GP or midwife?

I hadn't thought of going to the doc or midwife. I am still only 13 weeks ish and just thought this was part and parcel. I was at least 15 weeks before I was really feeling good, last time.
Big sigh, I am just so tired of it all.

Autumnlady already has a book from Pinky and is off on her hols tommorrow Creena.
Maybe get your book into the mix, somehow, next month?

creena you don't need to do anything this month as you have replaced Pinkyminky and she sent her book that she recieved from Twinkling on to you (Can you let us know what book you recieved Creena so we can check it was Twinklings????) SHe also sent one to Autumnlady so actually you don't have a personal book in the mix??

Can someone clarify if that is right>? I think so.....

Yes, that's my book.

If Creena sends out 2 books next month, she could replace Pinky's book in the mix.
Send Her choice to whomever Autumn lady ought to send her book to.
Send my book to Autumnlady.
Autumnlady send's Pinky's back to her.

Does that makes sense?

erm....don't we just carry on as normal now??? THe only difference being the creena didn't put an original book in as Pinkyminky had already sent one out?????

Pinky said she was more than happy for her book to do the rounds!

Yeah, but as Creena will be in for the duration, perhaps she would be happier if her book was doing the rounds?
Otherwise she didn't get to contribute.
It was just a thought and I guess the final decision will be up to Creena, if she is happy not to put a book in then things can go on as if she were Pinky.

i finished my book from Autumnlady this week. completely different to the books i normally read but i really enjoyed it. so thanks Autumn when you get back from your hols x

Creena, why don't you put a book in next month, just leave mine going around, so Autumnlady can talk about the book she's read.

AutumnLady is on holiday anyway- so wouldn't receive replacement book in time. My book won't do any harm to the swap cycle, it's just another book.

Ok ladies, do we all know who we are passing our books onto?? Shall I email or do we know??? We did say the 15th didn't we??!

Also, thought it might be quite nice if we all write a little comment on what we thought of the book inside or backside cover? Any objections to that?! (I am guessing not if you are all happy to send books to me that get read in t'bath!

That's a cool idea about putting comments on the cover - I have no objections at all. I read in the bath as well but have tried to keep the book in good condition

Can't believe it's the next posting date already - it's gone so fast!
