Following on from the chat about blind dates with books, speak up here if you fancy doing a book swap.

Ah Queenie I have PMed you too to say I'm sorry that sounded like a personal telling-off. It really wasn't :) Just a general reminder, life gets really busy sometimes and it can be easy to forget to post, but there's a knock-on when a book arrives late so it would be great if people can post on time wherever possible.

Good point Keith - I finished my book, bought chocolate, and then promptly put it to one side because there was ages until the end of the month. Where has it all gone? Will do it on Saturday!

I can't believe it's come around so quickly! I haven't posted mine yet but hoping to get down to the PO early tomorrow and get them into the post.

Received my book today, looking forward to it. Thank you for the lovely chocolate - have hidden it from DH as it's his favourite too!

Mine arrived today. The packaging must have split as when I opened the door there was a bar of chocolate on the floor and the rest of the package stuck in the letterbox!

Going to have to hope for Monday now.

I still haven’t got mine yet either tobee. I’m a bit confused as I think it’s @RoseHipHoney who is supposed to be sending me my book but I’ve just seen that she’s recently posted about August’s book, but I’ve not received September’s book yet.

I've got another book (nothing to do with this swap) that I want to start reading but I've been delaying doing so as there is a time requirement with this swap and I don't want to send on a book late. 🤔
