Is anyone interested in joining me in a new book circle?

Brief explanation for those who have not done it before, copied from one of the first circles via flame:

1. Get 12 members (one for each month of the year).
   

1. Decide if you have any banned genres (chick lit/mis lit etc)
   

1. Decide a date each month you post books.
   

1. Make the members into a list to show who posts to who (post the the person after you on the list).
   

1. Exchange addresses (PMs to the person above you in the list to give them your address, and the person below you to get the address to post to)
   

1. Post book (pref with MN name written in it!)
   

1. Read, enjoy and comment on that book's thread

Chiclit - no one seems to have strong objections, but it would not be my choice. I guess most of us will choose something else so one or two would be ok.

No strict rule about thickness, but any that are small enough to post as a large letter are nice. 3"thick hardbacks are not. Just use a bit of common sense.

Most important, if you love it and want to send it then do. This is how we get books we wouldn't have looked at twice under other circumstances.

Please do not send a treasured copy of a book if you don't want to risk losing it. In theory the book will come back to you in 13 months, but they don't all make it home.

I don't need to know what you are sending. Post on or around the 1st of each month. When you recieve your first book start a new thread in this section titled FurQuits 4 xxx by xx (using initials only) for discussion.

Please pencil your mn nickname in the front of the book. It helps hugely when trying to track the progress of a book.
