Hi all, think my book is only a month behind. It should have been with JamaisJedors on April 1st. If PA gets it read quickish we should be able to catch up within a month.

Big news here is that we are moving to CA, like in California, USA. My DH basically got an offer that is hard to resist, and coupled with the new immigration laws that are making it more and more difficult for us to stay here, we have decided to go. When is still uncertain, and I will let you know when to remove me from the list as soon as I have a date. I don't think I should add more to my list of to-do's when we've moved there, and postage to USA might be prohibitive, so I think it's best if I make an exit from this positive group. Or what do you think?

Wow big news indeed mdavza. Hope all goes well for you. I am not too sure if it would work TBH with books going to CAlifornia as I know it can take ages for postage. Maybe you could bow out for a month or two until you are sorted then we could look into how much it would cost and see if its is possible.

Keep going until you know whats happening.

V. big news mdavza - fingers crossed it all goes well - how do you feel about the move?

Thanks for asking, jamais. To be honest, I would have preferred it to be more of a choice and less of being pushed because of the silly new immigration laws, but there you have it. I'm becoming more excited now, since my Dh will be earning a bigger salary and I'll be able to be a housefemale for a while. I'll get bored, and would want to work, but then again, there are loads to do, and pools, and sunshine, and it will be great to spend time with my son. We've also decided to get another baby when we're there (BIG smile!). So all in all, mostly positive.

I also thought that I might need to bow out from the group, but let's see how it goes.

Sorry I've not been on here for ages. Mum was up visiting and then we were on holiday, and the weeks have raced by.

Very exciting news about the move - although with the great weather we're all having at the moment I'm not too jealous (but will be when the inevitable rain comes!)

I am racing through last month's book (received from PA on Monday). I think I will have finished it by the end of the month so will post on quick sharp so as not to hold things up - I think we will probably make up for the "missing" month at this rate.

DH is going to post my book on today. JJ if you email me the name of the book, I'll try and get it on my Kindle and then no need for you go so fast with it.

Hi Chickflit. Honestly I'll have finished it by tonight I think and will post on tomorrow, it's a very easy read. It's 4.99 for the kindle edition so probably not worth you paying for it if I can send it to you in a couple of days.

OK JJ if that's OK with you then I'm happy to wait. I've got another book to finish before I start anyhow.

I love California - if being forced to live any where in the world - I wouldn't mind it being there (with DH current job the only place we could be sort of forced to live is Abu Dhabi and that is the last place I would want to go!). Good luck with the move, new baby and sunshine!
