Just wondering if anyone else has experienced low mode and anxiety when switching from sequential to continuous HRT? I changed from Femoston 2/10, to Femoston-conti 1/5 plus an additional 1 mg estradiol tablet, so over the course of the month I'm getting exactly the same amounts of oestrogen and progesterone, but for the last few weeks I've had very low moods and been very tearful in a way that fails very hormonal. It's six weeks since I changed over.
I feel like it shouldn't be affecting me this much, since technically the doses are very similar, it's just that the progesterone is spread out over the course of the month.
