Can anyone help make sense of these blood results?

Have attached an image. Result is labelled satisfactory when all my others came back normal.

blood test was to see if I’m in perimenopause got another one in six weeks.
this is the LH/FSH result and I can’t make head nor tail of it

Can anyone help make sense of these blood results?
