so are badges pretty much compulsary then? Need to decide on my proper name, not been happy with the few changes I've had in the past few months and am confusing myself let alone everyone else.

Tortington · 30/10/2011 10:49

manathome has messaged me saying he would like to attend. Any comments? I don't want to be the gatekeeper, if it were up to me alone, the only rule would be pay up and buy me a drink.

my dh thinks its weird that a man would want to attend a do with 60 women. But i don't want to discriminate...where does discrimination end you see?

your thoughts would be much appreciated in an open forum where we can all contribute

As I said on the FB page, I have to question why he wants to come - irrespective of his gender, he hasn't exactly embraced MN culture with open arms. Didn't he say he want to learn about women? I'd feel like something of a guinea pig if he attends.

Manathome - perhaps you'd like to explain your motives to us?

But I will withdraw from the FB page if he is allowed access, I don't want someone of questionable motives knowing my RL name.

Tortington · 30/10/2011 11:48

righto had a nice message from MAH and have asked that he leave it til next year

lets give him a chance and see.

I also find it hard at the school with the Mum's at the gate, I can't really talk to them as there are a lot of attractive ones and something in me feels like it is chatting them up, I got invited to a Mums lunch a few weeks ago, it scared the life out of me so I didn't go, I don't care what you say, men and women are different, what the hell would I talk to a load of women about over lunch? Best leave them to it!

The above is what MAH wrote on a thread the other day, so why on earth would he want to be faced by 60 women on a night out?

DollyTwat · 30/10/2011 12:42

Bella I am likely to scare the pants off him if he feels like that [hgrin]

MOSagain · 30/10/2011 12:43

maybe it is some sort of therapy for him? Put him in a cage/room full of what he fears most Wink

BecauseImAWerewolefIt · 30/10/2011 13:58

It is a well known fact that the working mums have lost control of their children, well they aren't at home to look after them are they! I am NOT having a go at the mums because most of them HAVE to work to make ends meet, I am just stating the obvious which also is mirrored in single mothers with no father at home. Stick your head in the sand for all you want, but it is fact or look at the profile of the recent looters!

From what I have witnessed tonight who the hell would chat up a mum, or maybe it is just women and me don't get on, especially ones that answer back!

Not exactly a fan of women, is he?

DollyTwat · 30/10/2011 14:23

He's a charmer isn't he Biwi
I can't for the life of me work out why he doesn't get on with women, can you?

Hullygully · 30/10/2011 14:28
