Does anyone want to be my low carb buddy?
I'm a complete sugar addict. I would easily eat a multi pack of full size chocolate bars in one go. I just have no self control.
Anyway, I started last week by cutting out refined sugar and this week I'm majorly cutting back on everything else.
I've been suffering from carb flu every morning. I literally can't stop shaking for hours.
It seems to go about lunch time though.
