Also starting that swimming soon that i was told to do about six months ago... Blush

Not weighing and writing everything down religiously yet, but seeing if a small effort make a difference to start :) been lowcarbing for a few days but gonna start keeping a food diary here. Today I've had...

Breakfast - raspberries and grapes with yoghurt, coffee with no sugar for the first time ever (been weaning myself last few days)

Lunch - cucumber with pate and chorizo. Four pieces dark choc

Dinner - leftover korma with cauliflower bhaji. Have half a naan left too but prob wont eat all of it (couldnt manage it yesterday, already!)

D- salt and pepper roast pork, broccoli and leek bake

Sounds like it's going well, although there are a few meals missing on various days, surely?!

It is going well, i think :)

There might be meals missing but i dont think so. Apart from today anyway. Still feeling quite under the weather here :(

B- berries and greek yoghurt
L- tuna melt and salad
D- turkey shepherds pie with swede on top, broccoli and cauli
