As ever, Bootcamp will last for 10 weeks. Starting on 12 April means we'll finish on 20 June, just in time (very hopefully, and keeping everything crossed) for all lockdown rules to be eased.

Oh yes I’m good, thank you for asking! It’s just with everything going on now and in the coming months I need to leave myself the option to go off plan if need be here and there - since I’m such a long-term low carber I’ve developed tried and tested strategies for managing stress/busy periods/anxiety/etc without derailing myself too much and I’ve learnt over the years that in certain situations it’s best to be able to employ those where needed. If I was officially on BC I would feel as if I’m letting myself or others down and that’s really not conducive to mental well-being for me. I’ll definitely be there - I always lurk on BC threads whether I’ve officially joined or not, and I’ll probably pop in once in a while for the camaraderie and chat!
