Many apologies for the late start of this thread - early start for work + horrendous traffic problems on my way to this location meant I didn't have time!

Anyway Here's the spreadsheet

I'll go and catch up with the other thread now!

Good luck for this week Flowers

I'm trying to embrace the fat, but am generally not feeling hungry I think I'm just filling up on water. Yesterday I skipped breakfast, lunch was two egg omelette with cheese and bacon cooked in butter, didn't really feel like dinner so just had some cheese later on.
I did buy some Aldi Outdoor bred buttered leek pork sausages yesterday, only 1.5g carb, and 13g fat each so will be having two of them with a poached egg for lunch today.
We're celebrating hubbys birthday today with dinner and a show, staying over at a hotel and posh lunch tomorrow. Might impact things as there will definitely be alcohol tonight but at least I can make informed choices now, thanks to Biwi and crew.

I have discovered low carb heaven.

Local gourmet food market!

Every time it's been in town I've walked around glum faced because I couldn't have anything due to not knowing the weight watchers points of it or it all being so high in fat.

Today, however I've come away about £100 lighter Blush but SO HAPPY.

Along with some speciality Gins and spirits for me the wedding, I got:

A metric ton of cheese
Half a metric ton of olives and pickled garlics etc etc
Some yummy charcuterie type meats
Some pesto and garlic salad dressing
Speciality coffees that I plan to have with cream for breakfasts Grin

DP also bought loads of pies and things for him, but I didn't feel at all deprived or even tempted walking passed all the pie and pastry stalls because I was loaded down with all my cheese!

I'm back firmly in love with this WOE Grin Grin Grin

Just weighed.

Last week I gained 2.5lbs and was really upset about it..

This week I've dropped the 2.5lbs I gained, plus another 1.5 Grin Total loss of 4lbs taking my overall loss on BC back up to 18lbs Grin

Over the moon!

More than that, last night we went to a party where we all ordered pizza. Normally this would have been a definite cheat night, but I ordered (and enjoyed!) some roasted chicken wings (papa johns) instead of pizza and instead of going mad on drink, I had gin and tonic all night, didn't get drunk and I don't feel too guilty about it this morning! It's the first drink I've had since the start of BC so it will be interesting to see if it kicks me out of ketosis.

This week I'm going to stop tracking what I eat. I've done this for years and it's a safety blanket for sure, but I think it actually prevents me from understanding the hunger signals from my body on my own. I'm still keeping MyFitnessPal handy to check the carbs in things I'm not sure about but other than that, I'm flying solo Grin

Breakfasts this week are my new posh coffees from the food market with cream, lunches will be salads when I can get my act together and make them up! Haven't had time this morning so I'll probably have another coffee Blush

Also having a big push on the water this week, I didnt hit my drink target every day last week so I need to fix that Blush

Onwards!

3lb off, 5lb in total. I think the stall is over. Phew.

This has been helped by making low carb savoury muffins yesterday, which were so disappointing it put me right off anything else.
