Yay! Me please. I've continued BC lite with the odd treat day - I haven't lost much but I feel great Grin. I have two weeks away in the sun (alas for work and not pleasure) but will be back on the 23rd ready for a shiny new boot camp. Congratulations on the fab loss pip

I'm in! Still doing BC light and just about at 3 stone off!

To the person who asked about WW and LC... I do both! But I just LC and use WW for accountability. Try it and track it, and if you're doing it right, you'll almost certainly find you're eating fewer calories even with high fat, because you're just so full...

I've been wondering about doing this for years, ever since joining mumsnet. I have been doing slimming world and hardly losing any weight at all.

For some reason I am scared to do this - it's just so radically different from anything I've ever done before that it's making me anxious. I really want to give it a go though.

Can anyone give me some reassurance or some idea of how hard it will be? I'm desperate to lose weight. Have two stone to lose.
