Great things about being a lone parent

I'm newly single, and a Lp for the second time.
Would like an uplifting thread for all LPs, whether they're newly single or old timers!

I'll start-
I can sleep in bed with my babies without having to squeeze a man in too Grin

My money is mine to spend as I see fit.

I have the bed to myself.

If my 3 year old comes into my bed there is enough space for both of us.

I can cook whatever I like for dinner.

My house is my home before it was just his house. Have things done around house the I want without having to wait forever if ever. No more putting up with male pride, politics, power struggle. Soooo relax! I appreciate many men care and share unfortunately my xh isn't.
