Next meet up? Pre or post Christmas?

Do I sound to desperate for wine friends, if I start a new meet up thread?

I know it gets busy around Christmas but there might be a date people can do - I could do Friday the 6th or 13th December.

Or the other thing I wondered was about a meet up between Christmas and new year - get out of the house, get some 'fresh air' - I always need it after a few days of enforced jollity - the 28th or 29th December could be options?

Hey all, sorry to miss you but I've been really poorly all week and too full of cold to enjoy going out this evening. Will most likely be in bed by 9.00 anyway!

Godolphin Arms - I would have happily used all four dessert vouchers. I had the pancakes and they were lush.

I like the look of the pint shop for next time but I might also vote for somewhere we don't need to book in advance next time unless someone else wants to volunteer to organise!
