And another one to report - went to Little Lambs at Bon Accord church on Rosemount Viaduct on Friday morning. Really lovely welcoming group, nice safe area for the babies, and another lovely sing-song at the end. 9.45-11.30 and £1. Term Time though, so only another 2 weeks left.

9.30 in the morning, are you insane medee?! Grin
Welcome newbies, hope to see you soon! I always forget this thread is here, must come to check more often. When shall we have another meetup ladies? Sadly, I will not be around for much longer - got to go back to Yorkshire cos we've run out of money Sad Please don't mention on fb cos I've got people from DHs work on there, and they don't know yet...

Medee · 21/06/2011 21:58

It's an early start but worth it to get the day going!

Sorry to hear that, need to squeeze in lots of meets before you go.

Thought I would flag this up for anyone who is interested in Baby Sensory www.satrosphere.net/Visitors/Baby-Sensory_305.html. It's on a Saturday so good for getting the dads involved too. I've signed up for the July and August date (MrM will take her on his own so I can go to the NNS in August!)

Philz · 04/07/2011 10:11

Thanks for above link! Im away that weekend but have signed the hubby up for the baby sensory... It's gonna be really nice for him to do something with the wee man! I've not been on here for a while but I'm currently off on maternity looking after my 5 and a half month old.. Quite active in bumps and babies so if any if you are going, I have probably already said hello! If you haven't come along but fancy it, just drop by whenever you fancy.. Because its drop in, some weeks it can be quiet with only 5 or 6 mums and other weeks we're bursting with bubs! Anyway, the more the merrier so do come and say hello if you find yourself with nought to do on s thurs afternoon from 2-4!

Just downloaded the mumsnet app for the I-phone.. Pretty good and I'm much more likely to use and follow now I can access affectively on the phone!

Hi there does anyone know of any groups for young mums in Aberdeen? Looking for a group for a teen mum with other girls her age? Thanks

Medee · 09/10/2011 23:21

Hi Joy, I'm afraid i don't, but didn't want your post to go unanswered. I haven't met any teen mums at the groups I go to, though I know she would be more than welcome at e.g. Bumps and Babies on a Thursday at Queens Cross Church.

Medee · 09/10/2011 23:23

PS everyone, next NCT NNS is 26 November.

Sillyness · 20/10/2011 18:44

Hi ladies, totally new to all of this being pregnant with my first - 18 weeks at the moment and due in May. Anyone else out there live in Aberdeen and pregnant at the moment?

Medee · 11/12/2011 20:40

welcome bonbon and congratulations! My wee girl is 8.5 months now can't believe it!

TweetiePie1980 · 06/01/2012 22:39

Hello everyone, I'm new to Mumsnet and this is my first post - I have a wee girl, 10 months old and due to her arriving 2 months early I never got to my antenatal classes to meet any other mummies! We stay in Bridge of Don, anyone in that area? Its getting a bit lonely being a stay at home mum (as much as I love it!) xxx

Medee · 11/01/2012 13:04

Hi TweetiePie and welcome. My wee girl is 9 months old. I'm closer to town, near the hospital.
