Starting this thread for anybody doing FET in June and want to share or ask questions!

38F here doing FET#2 after a failed FET.
Got my lining thickness checked today and got the green light to do transfer 3rd June! Fingers X’ed progesterone levels increase nicely as they will do blood test day before transfer to check it.

Hi @Clairebearc congrats on being PUPO! Everything now is out of your control, so try to sleep well, stay active and keep calm (easier said than done 😂). It sounds like you’ve been through a lot so I’m keeping everything crossed for you. What grade embryos did you transfer & when do you think you’ll test?

Hi. We don’t actually know the grades that were transferred. We will get full report tomorrow or next day. They are waiting to see if any more embryos make it.
Feeling a bit crampy this evening and had a bit of brown discharge, sorry tmi, so trying not to over analyse everything!
We have been told Day 12 but I don’t know if I’ll maybe test Day 8, I don’t know what to do never been in this situation before.

Awww good luck for your wait very exciting/nervous times when is your OTD it’s the longest wait!! But all you can do is try and relax so sounds like you’ve got that part covered!!

@worldwidetravel2017 thats exciting!! Hoping my lining is ok tomorrow at my scan I’m starting to get nervous now as was 6.5 at my scan Monday and not sure how quickly they thicken etc!!

Can I ask has anyone tried acupuncture during treatment? so long short I’ve had one session and I have one tomorrow night (transfer hopefully next week) however my acupuncturist wants to do a session on the day of transfer(pre transfer increasing blood flow to uterus etc) not sure what is best or what until a few days after, she’s wanting to do it weekly from then out however, it’s not cheap 😬 what’s people’s thoughts/ experiences on it around and post transfer and did you have successes? It’s maybe a thread itself but thought someone in this group may have tried ☺️

8dpt is the day that I usually test too. Feel like it’s pretty definitive at that point. Good luck @Clairebearc

I have heard that acupuncture on the day of the transfer is optimal, although I can imagine it’s not cheap! I haven’t tried it myself but have looked into it. @Hopeloveandkindness

Hi everyone!
I'm having my first fet hopefully this month!
My stims was delayed in January due to an estrogen producing cyst, finally began in march with cyst still present. Moved to freeze all due to OHSS and estrogen being at 21900 the day of EC!
I had prostap on cd21 and my period took longer to come than expected, finally had my scan Monday, which showed a follicle and the cyst still there so we were expecting the cycle to be cancelled but I had the call yesterday that we are good to go! Got my next scan on Wednesday 😊 hope everyones journey is going well so far!

@HopeloveandkindnessI had acupuncture the night before my transfer and it helped relax me. I did have a positive Beta (just waiting on 7 week scan now). Also, one of my friends had it before her transfer which resulted in a healthy pregnancy of a beautiful little girl who is one now x

@Hopeloveandkindness although I would be cautious of doing it after transfer. I did about 12 weeks in run up to EC/FET but I think the advice is to stop at transfer stage x

Ahhh thank you for advise did not realise that I may try to get in before transfer next week then just stop after etc!! Congrats on your BFP ☺️ really praying for same outcome 🙏🏻

@mumtrovert yeah I think il go day before etc hopefully help me relax last time I was very overwhelmed following my transfer and just want to avoid any additional stress 🫣😅

Scan all went OK today, lining was 8.8mm. I’ll get a call from the nurse later to confirm timings but should be all good to go for next Thursday.

Progesterone starts here tomorrow am

Apparently lubion is ' gold standard '

Im not worried about the lubion as it goes into my abdomen and we know it absorbs stuff there

But im eek re the ' crinome gel '

Does anyone else have crinome gel to use ?

@confused2025 thank you. I don’t know the day exactly but I’m fairly certain I was 6 weeks when I got my 3+ with LO.

Thanks @mumtrovert I got 3+ weeks yesterday and I took the other two apart and the lines seemed strong. I’m just panicked as I have a lot of white/clear discharge (TMI I’m sorry) and every time I feel the gush I’m panicked it’s blood. I think I need to try and relax. I miss my acupuncture sessions for this. Hope you’re feeling ok today
