Extremely high progesterone on embryo transfer day

Hi all
I had a double embryo transfer yesterday and asked the clinic for a progesterone test for reassurance in case of too low levels. I have been taking progesterone pessaries 3 times a day since egg collection on the 23rd August 2023. I didn't expect result to come back 3 times the clinic's top normal range so 225nmol/l. Plenty of scientific articles I googled say that's detrimental to endometrial receptivity, implantation etc. The doctor yesterday said it was high but didn't recommend coming off the pessaries.
However, I'm really worried we've wasted 2 of the 3 embryos that we got over the last year of 4 attempts at egg collection.
Any advice and experience would be much appreciated! Xx

I'm also worrying about progesterone. It's over 300 and it's still a few days before fet. Doctor has reassured that he is happy with the level and doesnt want me to reduce doses. I wish I had never googled it because you see all the studies saying that's too high and effects implantation and all the worry kicks in again. Wish I could just let go and relax amd trust the doctors/nurses without Googl'ing everything.

I was going to say I also had very high progesterone levels over 200 - a clinic record apparently - when I did a double transfer and also had twins. I have a feeling this level did help both to stick x

@justanothercrapbedtime thanks for sharing that. Was that at embryo transfer day?
Mine was 300 three days before transfer. I was only on progesterone for 2.5 days before this result. My Consultant hasn't commented in any shocked manner, more just happy with the result so far, like its the happy-norm or something. I'm worried it's going to double in a couple more days and if that's still going to be OK. It's my last embryo.

@Prayformiracles
I recall it was the day of trigger - so day or two before

Hey!! Hope it’s ok to jump on. Just wondering how everyone got on?
A very long story short, I injected an extra lubion this afternoon (in addition to morning and evening doses) , about an hour after my FET, because I panicked about potentially not having enough progesterone (had previous miscarriage after a fresh transfer with low progesterone).
then the blood test results came back, blood test was taken before my FET and the level was at 150. So I’ve raised it even further, potentially to 200?

@hopefullyhpflah try not to worry. You’ll be absolutely fine. My former clinic like to keep people over 100 but generally over 200 and they have really good results. I know it’s impossible not to stress but one Lubion really won’t make any difference. Fingers crossed for you. X
