Hi all,
I’ve followed these threads for some time - trying to absorb all this knowledge and info.
You’re all so resilient it’s inspiring. I’ve been doing ivf for over two years and am really at a low point. It’s so isolating. I’d really appreciate joining.
I’m 39. I have never produced many eggs but manage to produce blastocysts. I had a round in the UK, four blastocysts no luck.
We’re now using a sperm donor - a long story.
And we’ve now gone to Spain. I’ve had two rounds and transferred 4 embryos no luck still. I’ve never had a BFP. I’m
half way through a TWW at the moment! Two blastocysts, one AA and one BB. I am bloated and have lots of cramping. And I feel mental, truly. I haven’t slept in days. Do you have any advice for this?? Can I take something?
In terms of my protocol I had chicago tests done a while back which found I’ve got nk activity of 19, mthfr, helper t activity of 41% and plasminogen activator inhibitor mutation which puts me at a slightly higher risk of forming blood clots. Sounds a lot doesn’t it 🤦🏻♀️ My protocol has 10mg predisolone clexane and aspirin for it.
My micro biome wasn’t great either - like 5% first time then 70%. I’ve been on several rounds of antibiotics, and I take two probiotics, canesflor, and anything good for the gut you can imagine haha
Any advice really welcome. Sending you all love xxxx
