Hey everyone, I'm currently 7dp5dt on my first FET. I had a failed fresh transfer last year I started spotting at 6dp5dt so I new I was out the game! We had 3 left in the freezer so had one 5BA blastocyst transferred on the 20th of April 😀 I have not really had that many symptoms. I had cramping the evening of transfer and then right side cramping 2dp5dt. The day of 5dp5dt my belly just felt weird and my nipples were tingly and felt a bit sicky. I came home from work and just had to take a test and to my surprise it came back with a bfp!! My line is getting stronger but ofcourse I'm still so worried! My OTD isn't till the 5th of May 😱🙏 not sure what I'm asking but anyone else with the same sort of dates? Xxx pic of my tests :) xxx

@willithappen if its a bit of pink do not worry! With IVF it's really common.
My question is... if you don't get beta with private clinic, can you call GP and get it done through NHS?
As it would give you a peace of mind if you know beta numbers are correct.

@Sungirl11 it's pink yeah, although I can smell like a period is coming - not sure if that makes sense to anyone but I can usually get a smell. :( I know I shouldn't worry but I'm 100% worrying now.

I'm unsure, I might look it up and see if I could. Getting bloods at my GP are ridiculous.
It will be another 2+ weeks before I get a scan from clinic and I'm sure I will be told to just wait until then

@willithappen I would be worried to death too! Honestly, I totally understand you.
I would call and say you got a positive pregnancy test and are bleeding a bit, if you can get a beta test asap to make sure your pregnancy is ok?
NHS should do it as it is an important thing! I would honestly make a drama or something haha saying you have anxiety bla bla and it can't be good... idk... it's just a blood test.

I don't have any symptoms today, not even my breasts. Very weird.

@Sungirl11 little bit of brown now, like tiniest bit again but I have a weird feeling in my tummy like I get before period arriving also. I will take my test again tomorrow and call clinic and see what they say. Will also monitor over night. 🤞🏻there's no blood or spotting tomorrow. Gonna be a long night

Sorry to hear you are spotting. I totally agree I know it's worrying but spotting in ivf is really common. Are you on any ivf Facebook pages? They really help I think and have so many people in similar situations. Praying that it stops soon🤞

Have a tiny bit of brown now when I wipe too.
I'm on one Facebook page but not seen anything. Think I am getting tiny cramps in my back also so I really think this is it

Morning, how are you doing @willithappen sorry I didn't get the notification that you messaged back yesterday. Brown blood is old blood so really don't count yourself out just yet! Back pain is common too my lower back I keep getting pains in.

Today is OTD and clear blue still states 2-3 weeks hubby and I can't wait until the clinic is open to let them know. Xx

@Mumofone07 good morning!! How nervous!! Digitals count the actual time you are pregnant, so if you are almost 5 weeks (two really don't count) it is accurate 2-3.
I will wait until I confirm I am to use it. I have spent soo much money on tests that I just don't want to buy anymore. 🙈

@willithappen how are you feeling?

I have lost all my symptoms... haha as long as my baby grows it can stay this way!! Still two days to go until beta. This is the longest wait ever. Xx

@Sungirl11 yes so ATM digi is correct for me :) I totally understand what you mean I don't want to know how much I have spent on pregnancy tests 🙈 do let us know how you get on on Friday :)

A little better today, still the tiniest bit when I wipe and it's brown but sometimes just looks like dark pee? I know it's the brown blood though.
Today is otd for me, did another digital and still sitting at 3+ and did the clinics test this morning also - it's not as dark as control line but it's still a pretty solid dark line so 🤞🏻

It's not letting me attach the picture for some reason. Argh.
An hour until I can attempt to phone clinic, best that can happen is I will get my 7 week scan date and will have to wait it out til then. Hoping this is just something innocent/common.

@willithappen great news that it's stopping now. And you still have 3+ on digi :). Having Having wait for scan is going to be so hard! Although when I previously had a ectopic back in 2017 I got told if I was to get pregnant again I would need to have a scan at 6 weeks to make sure it's in the right place ect. So I don't know what to do?

My scan is booked for the 17th 😄 got to stay on the progesterone and progynova until 12 weeks.

Ah yeah I thought we were the same dates. I'll be bang on 7 weeks when my scan comes around

Yay!! @willithappen @Mumofone07 both scans booked! Exciting!!
I'm behind you so first will need to go through the beta tests and then they will book the scan.

@Mumofone07 the pic is really nice! I had one done by my hubs at 4 weeks (yesterday) I know it's early but gosh I don't want to miss a thing! 🙈 haha

I'm being so cautious and avoiding believing it. I think I should just believe and enjoy the moment. It's been 7 years trying to get to this spot and I will regret it if I spend the whole time worrying.

Loving the pic @sungirl11 only one more sleep until you have beta test. I agree wish my clinic also done tests to see how much HCG I have.
Well no more testing for me going to try just enjoy being pregnant until we go for our scan. When are you girls planning on telling your families? We kept it quiet this time and just told our employers that we was going for a frozen transfer so we didn't have the pressure. I had to tell my mum though so she could watch my son when he was back from school as my transfer wasn't until the afternoon.

@Mumofone07 I think I will tell my mum after the 7 week scan if everything is okay. It's so hard not telling her now but with the spotting happening I'm anxious and don't want to get her hopes up so if all okay at 7 week I will tell her then :)
Friends will be told at 11 weeks as we are due a big friends get together that weekend and don't want to make excuses for not drinking lol.
Everyone else will be after 12 weeks

@Mumofone07 thank you! I took the other frer test I had this morning just to reassure myself it's still holding in before tomorrow! Haha that is it! Only my CB digi left.
So, my brother is coming over with my 2yo niece by the end of May, hoping I get my scan before that. So I will tell them then. Because I want to make a cute video where my niece tells grandad he will be grandad again haha
And then I will make a cute box and send one to my mother in law and to my dad. My MILs bday in 12June so she will open then, and 20June is fathers day so my dad will open that day.
Both my MIL and dad live abroad (Spain/Thailand) so hope it arrives in time.
My close friends have followed me during the journey and will know tomorrow after beta, and my hubs friends from Spain it will be his decision haha he has kept it quieter.
But we are a bit comedians when it comes to saying these things haha we love to make a big fuss with cute boxes and videos and recording reactions... hahah (it is first grandchild for my MIL and my dad will be really happy too for us).
Can't wait for tomorrow!!

@willithappen yes! I'm so excited! I know it's really early and should be cautious, but jesus it's been such a bumpy ride lately in my life that I have to trust this is going to work!

How is the spotting now @willithappen? We will also be telling parents after scan going to put scan pic on a card ect and hand it to them with maybe a little poem :) hubby's parents live an hour and a half away so we will be organising to go down there first weekend in June. Love the progress on the frer strong line that is :) love the idea of the cute little boxes :)

@Mumofone07 I have been wary of saying it/putting it out there but spotting stopped the same day and haven't had it since and it was super light when I did get, like a dab of it and then a couple of times when I wiped. Still terrified and running to toilet constantly expecting to see blood though and obviously worried about what it was. I think it's too late to be implantation bleeding though?
2 weeks today until scan day!

@willithappen to be honest it could be anything. The baby now is attaching its self to you in many ways, developing and growing in there. So it could touch your lining and this happen. I have read it's so often to bleed with IVF...
So as long as a proper af doesn't arrive.. (and by this stage it would be a full on and quite dramatic one as you do have a baby in you belly). Obvs you are worried, being cautious is always good, but lets be positive SmileDaffodil
I looked today and it's CD38 for me, so she is 10 days late haha chao chao af, it's been nice but I can live without you for a bit hahaha
