That's rubbish, sidge. Undercover filming is not 'easy', for starters. The nurse exposed shocking, degrading and appalling treatment - it's the ward managers/sisters who should be struck off, and everyone else who failed to speak up or do anything about it at all.
Panorama did gain consent from the families of everyone who was shown - the consent thing is a red herring. Just an excuse trotted out by those who would be more comfortable if no-one knew what had really gone on.
The public is entitled to know about hospitals that abuse their patients - for many reasons but most importantly so that they can make sure their own relatives aren't treated there.
