No i am not a racist and that was just a sentence used as an example of what i hear people saying all the time, its just when Jade did it she was shot to pieces for it (and quite rightly too) because she is famous. people say rasist things everyday but because they are not famous they get away with it. Thats what i was trying to get at.

Hmm, my friends tend to keep these opinions to themselves if they ahve as them as I wuld (and have done) shoot them down about it

I have to say Icing - I do hear that all the time. Perhaps not said in quite such an abrasive way, but said all the same. And sometimes they can even back up the statement with a fact!

Well if more people jumped on them for saying frankly unpleasant things maybe they would wake up to the fact they are racist.

can't be bothered to read this thread but good grief...she's a waste of space and I can't help but think she thinks this will get everyone back on side after the 'Jade is a racist bully' shock...ahem...of last year.

We are all responsible for Jade Goody and her ilk. She is not racist or evil - just thick. We put her up there on the dubious sleb pedestal and then we knock her down with utter hysteria.

I have no real feelings one way or another for Jade but the Jade story left me ashamed to be British.

I can't be bothered to read this either but all I know is she is thick as sh*t and she is obviously either

a) Publicity seeking or

b) Trying to hang on to her man/boy (who has been cheating on her, or trying to...)

or both

I hate reality TV. I don't buy or read gossip mags or tabloid newspapers. As far as I am concerned Big Brother is a reference to George Orwell. I hate the whole 'celebrity culture' that exists in this country.

so clearly a last ditch orchestrated campaign by her PR team to get her back in the public eye. I really hope noone falls for it. personally I think don't watch the tv programs she is on, don't buy the magazines she is in and eventually they will give up.
