I do but I call it a kilt rather than a skirt. It's great in Summer but for the other 50 weeks it can be a bit chilly.

Yes - quite a few times, not that shocking or gloopy. Victorian women used to go knickerless then they could just hover and pee wherever they were. Their big dresses helped to hide it and protect their clothes from wee splashes. Was less embarrassing then being seen to go to the loo.

Yes, in summer with long dresses and slinky dresses, just wearing spanx.
However, one hot summer night I did get carted off in an ambulance with heart symptoms, which made me quite light headed. When I remembered I wasn't wearing any knickers, I told the friend who was holding my hand and got a fit of the giggles. This made one of the paramedics get a cat's bum mouth.
