Seriously, tho' (and it is sooo hard to be with these facts) I am a manager, with 18 people in 3 teams of various grades accountable to me, and me to them. I guess the exec team at NOTW is something simialr in number.
If I saw a 'production value' from anyone exceeding expectation, or sense, Iwould be either very fulsome in praise, AND/OR......enquiring with them exactly how they acheived this. It would be incumbent on me to do this rather than ignore it. At worst, one would have a 'staff care' issue to ensure all is being acheived legitimatly. Becky either knew, or didn't wish to know and that is a grave error and implies , at the very least, a complicity.
