Hi all. Crazy day at work but have broken up now for amost 2 wks . Dh is in a bad mood (motor bike trouble sigh). House is a tip. Laundry everywhere!

star all jobs seem to get boring eventually (even stressful ones).

Evening all

Finished my autism assignment - not happy with it but happy to have finished it. DH has the next week off and I didn't want to take it to the caravan with me.

Scatty - I am a summer and it is plums, pinks, greens and red all in dusty hazy colours. I was wearing a purply/plum top and that was perfect. Nothing too bright

After easter I am cutting down to two afternoons at school. Hopefully I will be able to stay on top of my college work and get some reading done in advance of my PGCE as well cos at the moment I feel like I am drowning.

Not much else done as it took me all day and evening to do my assignment but i'm forgetting about college now for a few weeks.

am veyr pleased as I almost got a lay in. ds woke up at 6.45 started banging around so i hissed at him to get his backside bakc into bed . he did. so I dozed until 8 am then got up did some reading for my assignment until dd woke up at 8.45.

getting ready to go to nephews bday party now.
also need to
do the usual tidying, washing up etc.

dd also wants to visit a local castle which doesnt open til april- she realised it is april now so we must go quick smart!

anyway off to straighten my hair and sort dc out

Had a good morning cruising H+M with dd while Dh took Ds to swim lesson then we met up at the cafe and went to explore Newcastle's castle (it must be castle season Dyl).
Had a frustrating aft bobbing between both DC and Dh (in the garage) all needing lots of help with things.

Done:
Re-stocked DC pants and socks draw (spent £30 on underwear ).
Cleaned floors (those that I could see)

Went to see DB at his house and took Ed, it's the first time we've ever been!. DB has 6 reptiles and Ed had fun feeding them live insects He thought the cameleons were the best coz of the long tongues. I liked the bearded dragons.

Popped in to see DF and his partner. Following his 2 week stay at hospital in February he has been told he has MRSA He needs it not! I was good to see him but I'd rather he didn't seem so frail. He is angry so I suppose that's a good sign IYKWIM

Swept the kitchen floor and was shocked at the pile of fluff and grot it has accumulated well it is done

A great family day, why haven't we done it sooner?

scatty yes we did make it to the castle dd was very impressed lol this one had a roof (the one across the road doesn't).

not sure what we doing today, think i best avoid driving to be safe, feeling a little worse for wear. self-inflicted I went out with friends for first time in ages last night, I remember lots of giggling and not much else .
so need to sort myself out ds will be home soon

scatty & RR Gene Hunt But I am working for DI Jack Regan (His real name) at the mo who plays Captain Hook every year at the Childrens Christmas Party! Strangly 'The Bill' in the early days was very close to depicting the MET. At the mo I feel my friends and I are closer to 'New Tricks'
Went out with family & Little bear for a curry. We were home so late he put his PJ's on and we both forgot his nappy so W/M up and running at 4am and the rest now.
We are off to lunch with family today so I need to sort the house out before we go.

we have done an easter egg hunt in the garden and have spent the day with family. I am in day four of an horrendous head and chest cold but I am muddling through.

The bridesmaid dresses are made and are lovely - my aunt is amazing and even though she isn't related to me has been a bigger and more important part of my life than a lot of my family and certainly cares about me a lot more than they do. I feel very blessed.

dd hada temp all yesterday and still when we got up this morning. she has calpol and is now feeling better and wnts to go to the castle. not sure yet whether to or not. will decide after lunch.
