Thanks, ladies, for all the lovley welcomes
I am not sure why I got landed with the real life nick name of Jolene from a young age - it doesn't seem quite right. My eyes are blue (not green) and while I currently have accidentally got red hair (horrible home dying experince...) it is usually dark brown (albeit helped along as a bit too much grey for my liking!)
I never made it to the docs - between posting my message and leaving to get DS1 from school I mysteriously injured myself - apparently strained stomach muscles. How, I have no idea. I can at least move around now - last night I thought I'd have to be put out of my misery. Clearly after 2 c sections my stomach muscles are non existent and it's time to dust off the pilates DVD!
Our bins finally got emptied today. We have more snow and, joy, my wellie socks arrived in the post. I got 3 pairs for £6 on Amazon and they are really toasty.
Alice - good luck
HMHB - My DH is currently training for the London marathon (nutter), wine and a fluffy cardi far more appealing than running in this weather!
