Am out of list making habit, need to get back into it before the house overwhelms me. PBM I did follow your shining example though and take my washing off the line and iron it straight away It was still slightly damp so have hung it on radiators but at least I'll be able to put it straight away tomorrow.

RE lost, 24 etc I have never watched any of them before as only had freeview and any shows that were on freeview were on past my bedtime (yes 9pm was too late for me to start watching something when ds was younger )but now I have bt vision because it was cheaper to get all 3 than just phone and broadband on whatever deal they were doing and omg I love it! I have watched series one of 24 and am now starting on prison break whilst I wait for the next series of 24[on internet a lot less than I used to be emoticon]. I may be waaaaay behind everyone else but it's great being able to get into a series at last Lost looks a bit scary for me to watch on my own though...is it?

JKS your mum sounds like my dad, he sits there reading the paper or doing the crossword then gets cross with ds for breaking things or grabbing the paper. Then complains they have worn him out

JKS - FIL is like that, drives me a bit mad. My parents are brilliant with DS - I guess you can't have a full set of perfect GPs!

Clairey - I am a real wus when it comes to scary things and I do not find Lost scary at all. Just mad/wierd. I saw the first series of 24 and would like to see the rest but not got enough time at the mo.

Plum - found out from my dad that his mental GF did not want to join us this weekend as she is a 'bit funny' about communal bathrooms . My sis and I giggled because if you were squeamish about bathrooms the last person you'd want to share with is my dad.
