Working mother looking for a house organiser (NOT CLEANERS)

Hi Ladies,

Do you ladies think that there are people out there to help organizing kitchens, living rooms, kids rooms?

I wish somebody can just organize my things which I dump due to lack of time. I am NOT looking for a cleaner but somebody who can organize for me and make it look beautiful.

I am not looking for a professional person, since they are expensive. Are these people out there and if so how much do they charge?

help ...help...

Thanks for cupboard compliments

Starbear · 18/03/2009 22:05

Can I join the business as I really will know the customer base as I'm so untidy. BUT I do stick to certain rules. Key go on the hook! Every time.

blossomsmine · 19/03/2009 09:41

Love the laundry cupboard, NAO!

I could do decluttering as a job, i just can't do it at home!!!

I work as a cleaner and i would love my customers to ask me to do something like that. I just wouldn't want to have to clean at the same time, i would want extra days for decluttering.

NotAnOtter · 19/03/2009 11:01

thnks for the cupboard appreciation!

blossomsmine · 19/03/2009 11:14

NAO, i hope you remind yourself regularly that you are a very lucky woman indeed to have yourself such a cupboard....

stealthsquiggle · 19/03/2009 15:30

NAO - I could (occasionally) take such pictures - but just out of shot would be the huge heap of newly-homeless junk precious stuff.

How far north are you??

noddyholder · 19/03/2009 15:32

I have done a few jobs on houses where all they really needed was a declutter and a bit of organisation but they thought they needed a new extension!

WilfSell · 19/03/2009 15:34

I have had a declutterer in when I was pregnant and sofa-bound. She charged 15 quid an hour. Best money ever spent. Whereabouts are you?

NotAnOtter · 19/03/2009 20:01
