Ruby I would go with the large stick...and give it a great big beating!
Cars are a massive PITA!

Lol and much sympathy allround.

I have decided to ignore the fact that my car keep stalling (at least until next payday) as can't afford to take it in.

TMH I store unused wedding presents (juicer anyone) on top of my cupboards (have been married 9yrs, still feel ungrateful if I chuck em out ).

Done:
shops
Ds reading
laundry in TD.
Optician appt made.

To do:
fold and put away laundry
paper work.

DS has a letter from school requesting I buy PE kit in house colours! I need to find a plain red T shirt by Mon (at least he's not in Orange or Yellow ). Any ideas?

BBafter tea.

grouchyoscar · 03/09/2008 17:13

Much sympathy for maggotty bins EV

I will bag up the clothes and work out the postage to give you an idea before I post em off Luda and Jas

Jas · 03/09/2008 17:23

Matalan do red t shits. It is common school uniform, so lots of places will have them atm, I think.

Alkso mucho sympathy Ruby. A big stick is too goosd for some ungrateful cars!

Lots of stuff on top of cup[boards in my kitchen, due to serious lack of cupboard space, plus dps gadget obsession...currently lots of vases, biscuit tins, wok, george forman grill and fish tank cleaning equipment We do manage to empty it occasionally, but it creeps back.

cook books are on internal windowsill, but I don't have many.

I have a 10 year old unopened juicer in my pots and pans cupboard (10ths anniversary this year as well) I've just joined freecycle .. I should just put the bloody thing on there really...

Sympathy to ruby

Must admit I now employ "wheelieclean" to zap our bin every 4 weeks (partly for the 'hilarious' pun on 'really'

Dc's eating dinner
Have told dh about gym joining (he was really keen .. hope he's not expecting me to turn into a lycra clad gym bunny..

sagacious · 03/09/2008 17:56

at jas's shits

grouchy hope cat ok .. our cat had a lump behind her ear a while ago .. she's been in a fight and the cut had got infected .. we didn't notice it for ages either. Did clear up v quickly though so hopefully yours will be similar

Right i'm starting to babble

Off I toddle...

BiancaCastafiore · 03/09/2008 17:58

Rofl @ Jas's typo

My cupboards now have cookery books and a handful of vases on, a big improvement to this morning I may attempt to rehome some of the books tomorrow. The kitchen itself looks a bit untidy but cupboards are so clean and tidy inside it's lovely

Kids are tired and ready for bedtime so we are heading that way with enough time for them both to read to me (new homework before bed routine - something else I've always been slack at )

Back later maybe x

Well I've been busy all day and I can't remember what I've done all day

Must have been clearing out the cat litter that fried my brain cells

Sorry Ruby not owning a car I couldn't be too focused on the full issue IYKWIM. I could only equate it with the loss of my primary mode of transport. It must be sodding frustrating to do everything right and something still go and balls up all your hard work.

I have to do some weighing and parcelling up tonight. See you tomorrow.....zzzZZZZZZ

Well you just know you shouldnt get out of beds some mornings.

I have been to A&E with DS2 - he went head over heels downstairs. He is OK, but will be sporting a black right eye to match the carpet burn down his left cheek and two egg sized bumps, which actually might be devil horns

And I did the wrong time slot for Tescos still have till 10pm tonight and it is pissing down.

I need a stiff bloody drink, but cant have one, as have to wake DS2 up every 3 hours to check he knows who I bloody am

Poor MAD. Glad there is no serious damage, though.

Bewilderbeast · 03/09/2008 20:15

Oh mad it's awful when things like that happen, I hope that ds is ok, if you can't have a drink at least have a cuppa and some chocolate or cake
