High again all.

Bianca and Luda, you too make me laugh.

Sorry you not well Shan. I've been ill with colds and headaches all winter! Having more blds on mon but I'm sure they'll be fine i think its just bad luck.

Am feeling quite perky today though. DD slept through for the first time in ages and its warm and sunny.

Fingers crossed for weather on Sun Bianca (how brave to have 17 kids to your house!).

DontDreamItBeIt · 25/04/2008 12:52

Ah, if you've asked, and she's not worried, then it'll be ok I assume this child is 6/7ish, and therefore old enough to know not to pick up a cheese sandwich anyway.

Yay! For sleeping dd scatty. Life is so much easier when you get a decent nights sleep I fid

So far I've fed ds, andsat and eaten three chocolate biscuits. I need to hoover. DP dropped dry mud on the floor off his work boots this moring and it is still there

I have just sat and eaten a packet of smarties I had bought to decorate the cup cakes

DontDreamItBeIt · 25/04/2008 13:19

Lots of better advice than i gave!
naughy Bianca lol!

EHM · 25/04/2008 13:47

yipee for dd scatty its fab when they sleep all night! ellie doesn't do it very often, so we get very excited & a bit jet lagged like when she does.
bianca at smartie eating
tortmy hips certainly don't lie at the mo!
rr good luck with the exercise & diet plan
shann hope you feel better very soon
skinny minnie luda i going to take your advice & start excerising again & cutting out crap. I've put on so much weight since our last ivf attempt. a mixture of medication/injections, comfort eating & the crap weather. I normally walk every where.

Having had a motivational discussion with bianca on facebook chat. I've done my chores for today, except iron tonight the clothes I've washed & hopefully dried on line today.Make tea & bath/bed Ellie not that this is a chore.
Off to clear up after lunch.

DontDreamItBeIt · 25/04/2008 13:52

I need a motivational chat. I can't get moving at all.

Now the weather is getting nicer it is easier to exercise and eat more healthily, I think EHM so hopefully the weight will drop off

OP posts:
EHM · 25/04/2008 13:59

dream I like your confidence about the weight dropping off. We started out chat with agreeing to 2 15 min room rescues & reporting back in 30 mins. We just kept reporting back. sign in to facebook or do it here it will have same effect

BiancaCastafiore · 25/04/2008 14:03

I find I'm better at FLYing if I have a deadline so the reporting back in half and hour thing works well for me
Jas the facebook chat option is fun - come and say hello sometime

TheMadHouse · 25/04/2008 14:23

Afternoon all

I have been busy, the boys really played up at music and movement. I suppose it is just worse as they are the only boys in a room full of girls, so I came back in a right state.

So I have

Done Mission
Washer on
Cleaned downstairs WC
Cleaned all kitchen tops
Polished downstairs
Hotspots x 2
Room rescue conservatory
15 mins in spare room
washer on
Sorted linen cuboard

I am picking up DS1 from preschool and then we are going to friends for play and tea and sympathy (she has two boys too).

I also need to wake DS2 from his sleep he has been down over 2 hours.

FunkyGlassSlipper · 25/04/2008 14:43

I CANT BE A$$$D TO DO ANYTHING. HELP.

Ludaloo · 25/04/2008 16:08

I'm back...the cleaning went much smoother today...no alarms! I knew it was that blinkin hoover of theirs.
It only took me an hour today instead of the usual hour and a half!

Not long until I get my first pay
I am standing in for one of the leaders two days next week which is paid too...YIPPEE!!!

Well I ended up running this afternoon, with two friends.....I got soaked! I have pulled a muscle in the back of my leg too....ouch. Just lit a fire in the hope of some hot water for a bath later.

I'm very pleased actually I ran a lot better than last week. I managed four minutes without stopping....(last week only managed two) doesn't sound a lot but believe me its a nightmare! I'm soooo bad at running!
All the other girls are much better than me...I just amble along at the back LOL!

Ludaloo · 25/04/2008 16:20

FGS Did you manage to do anything?
I am soooo pleased its the weekend because I don't want to do anything either. I love Fridays, no rushing about in the morning.

FunkyGlassSlipper · 25/04/2008 16:24

erm... I took the girls to the shop and bought us all some chocolate

EHM · 25/04/2008 16:49

fgs enjoy teh chocs it to late in the dat to start flying. is offically the weekend.
luda you sound like you are doing really well with the running.good for you.

Ellie & I got caught in rain on our walk. soooo glad I brought in the washing before we left. right off to make ellie tea.then early bath as she has had no nap & getting cranky.
have a greta evening girls.

tortoise · 25/04/2008 17:45

I want to go to sleep! Am being snappy at DD's cos i am tired. Am trying to ignore their whinging!

[http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml Luda]] this is the program i started. It really is good.I need to get back to it too. Maybe now DD2 will be at pre-school 2 days a week i will have time!

I did get 2 loads of washing dry today. I expected it to rain but it didn't. Will put it away tomorrow!

DontDreamItBeIt · 25/04/2008 17:48

FGS @ choolate

Ludaloo - Believe me, I'm impressed at 4 minutes. I'm fairly sure I ouldn't do that much.

A deadline and reporting backk definitely heps me, too, but it is too late now. I'm realy tired.

I've just had the most stressful hour in the opticians with the dds. Silly noisy behaviour in the library and museum (killing time before the appointment) and Very silly behaviour in the waiting area of the optiian to the point where I left the place and took them out. Lots of apologies from dd1, but not much more sensible behaviour.
She needs new glasses and wanted new frames. Cuemore fidgiting sd whinging from dd1. DS yelling to get out of the buggy, with intermittant crying becuse I wouldn't let hm out..

I'm now counting the minutes til I can put them to bed...

DontDreamItBeIt · 25/04/2008 17:49

Me too tortoise X posts there. My cold has got its second wind and I can't stand the constant chatter, bickering and endless questions this evening.

OP posts:
tortoise · 25/04/2008 18:24

Soon be bedtime Jas. Mine are going after charlie and lola!

tortoise · 25/04/2008 18:25

Oh it just finished!

DontDreamItBeIt · 25/04/2008 18:42

DS is bathed and ready. Just finishinghis milk, then he'll be off.

The dds don't go til8, and never go straight to sleep.

OP posts:
Ludaloo · 25/04/2008 18:44

Luda

Thanks Tort I'll take a look.

Dream I'm glad you are impressed LOL It doesn't sound much but when you are actually running it, it seems like forever!

Ludaloo · 25/04/2008 18:50

Ooooh it looks good tort not that different to what we have been doing. We started off with a minute run followed by a minute walk, then a 2 minute run and a minute walk, and then a 3 minute run....today we did a 4 minute run and a minute walk.

Hopefully by the time the race is here I'll be able to last a good half an hour. Realistically I doubt in just the 6 weeks we have left I'll be fit enough to do the whole run....its 3.6 miles apparently! But I'd like to run as much of it as I can.

Ludaloo · 25/04/2008 18:53

Right I'm off to have a bath if the water is hot enough, then will put the kids to bed. Mine go about 8pm most nights too. DD2 sometimes goes earlier. She is always the first to drop off.

TheMadHouse · 25/04/2008 18:54

evening all

Did a post, but deleted it - story of my day - early night I think required
