Hello everyone
Dylsmum, glad that dd is starting to perk up a little. 2 weeks without much to eat is a long time for a little one poor thing.
Saga we use the two months of no council tax to pay off the overdraft we've accumulated the rest of the year (well some of it anyway )- would much rather be buying nice things for ds though what a good idea.
Like you Lmccrean I have a huge pile of outgrown things from ds's wardrobe, but I'm not sure whether the baby I'm cooking at the moment is a boy or girl and so I'm loathe to get rid of them. Not sure whether to ebay a load and just keep favourites or save the lot so I don't have to shell out again in a few years if it is a boy- what do you ladies think?
Are you around babyjjbaby? Not seen you on here for a while, maybe I've missed you're posts, hope all is ok.
Well I think I have earned a Good Girl sticker again today . So far:
Feed 3 humans and 1 cat done
DS and I washed dressed done
ds to nursery done
S&S bathroom done
Shine sink done
Put dw on done
Load of washing in done, and another load in
Hang out washing done
Strip beds done
Wash bedding done
Dust downstairs done
Hoover throughout downstairs done
Wipe sofas down done
Yesterdays mission in bathroom done
Todays mission in bathroom done- did it yesterday as part of big clean so no need today
Tidy playroom done
I think I'm starting to get the hang of the morning routine thing. Only problem is that I find I need to get ds to nursery earlier rather than later to stand a chance of not slobbing around- and now I feel guilty that he is there when I could be spending time with him. When I am at work he goes 4 days a week, when the baby arrives it will be only 2 but as I've been so poorly he's still booked in for 4 at the mo. I tend to take him on 3 rather than 4 though and thats why I've been taking him in later too- so I get more time with him. Everyone tells you how much you will love your children before they arrive but never once did anyone mention the guilt . I always feel like I'm either doing something I should be or not doing something I should.
Sorry for self indulgent moan just needed to let that out!
Off to tidy our room in a bit (it's properly revolting.) Have managed to get downstairs & bathroom in some sort of order thanks to this thread but bedrooms are terrible.
