Washing machine recommendations - clueless

I’m struggling to choose a washing machine, been googling for days with no luck. The usual currys and AO. Different brands etc. So I thought I’d ask here for recommendations as still nowhere forward.

I’m never that organised for sorting clothes out and even worse now with baby as just want quickness and easyness, I know I did love my mums old samsung eco bubble because it would be just over an hour and could wash at 60 on a daily wash setting, it could take any amount (ie few towels and few clothes or extra sometimes when my washing built up) but no longer on sale. I’m looking for a washing machine that could do mixed or daily. Unless there is another setting? That would take clothes, towels etc.
Any recommendations - ideally wouldn’t pay more than £600. Would also be good if it has good energy rating

I have a Miele - even with a hefty discount, it was still expensive, but my last one lasted over twenty years.

Any washing machine will wash mixed or small loads, but it's not cost effective. If you have different bins/bags for dirty laundry, it will be sorted before it gets to the machine. I only bother with whites and 'everything else' in the summer. In the winter, I also separate woollens for a quick wool wash. Everything else goes on the Eco wash which takes almost three hours, but I set it to some on at 5am, so it's ready to go out on the line early. If you use the TwinDos system, you can choose whites or coloureds, and it used the appropriate detergents.

It does have a 20 min wash and also a darks/denim wash which takes just over an hour, and I do use those for things that don't need a long wash. For example, pet bedding, Oodies and the like.

It has two stores for detergent, and you can use what you like, so detergent and fabric conditioner or two detergents. I use a non bio as the main detergent and some Ariel for whites. I didn't think I'd use it because I prefer powder, but it makes it easier, so I do. Also, the app- didn't think I'd bother, but it tells me when it's finished with an alert on my watch, and I can check how much longer it has from anywhere.

I’ve been using the Haier washing machine for about six months now, and it’s been working great. If you're also considering the Gaba National GNW-6600 Twin Tub, I've heard good things about it too. Both are solid choices depending on your needs.
