TMH I will. Thanks Give me your and I'll send some your way too!

luda Iknow you do so thought you would appreciate this. Aaaw wish I could have taped them! We let them both out yesterday for a run (they get out for a few hours every day). The little one suddenly went bonkers - jumping around like a maniac and squeaking madly! We thought she was in pain or had tics or something (they're both being treated for mites atm). Turns out she was popcorning and they do it when they are very very happy . Was hilarious, never seen anything like it! She did it for absolutely ages

jas very odd... will try to CAT her.

My last post seems to have disappeared..

DH working late, kids (just about) asleep. What can I get done now?

  1. dishwasher 2) wash out disgusting kitchen cupboard that should have been cleaned six months ago
BiancaCastafiore · 21/01/2008 21:07

Gibberish that sounds very funny!

I'm so tired this eve I can bear cope with staying awake any longer I'm completely and utterly terrified about my dentist appt in the morning, really really anxious The dentist is a lovely lady but the whole stuck in a chair for 40mins thing is distressing me more than I can remember anything doing for a long_ time

gibberish · 21/01/2008 21:08

Just mailed you tmh

gibberish · 21/01/2008 21:09

It was *bianca(

Oh dear, you sound really terrified. Do you have anything herbal that will help you relax?

gibberish · 21/01/2008 21:11

janni it is too late to be doing housework. Just sit down and take it easy for the night - that's what I would do

DontDreamItBeIt · 21/01/2008 21:14

Janni You've reminded me I still need to wash my hair Better go and do it now.

Bianca - If you think you could sleep, my best suggestion is to go to bed now Will you have a long ai in the morning or can you get it over wih first thing?

BiancaCastafiore · 21/01/2008 21:15

I have nothing
Well, I do have some rescue remedy so will take some if that. It's been the only thing on my mind for days now I'm tried and grumpy and am sure it's down to the stress I feel about tomorrow. Appt is first thing (dentist knows I am anxious so has kindly found me an early appt so I don't have to wait in a state in the waiting room if she's running behind) so at very least it'll be over with by 10am (trying to be positive)

tortoise · 21/01/2008 21:24

Aww bianca, good luck for tomorrow. I will be thinking of you.

Janni · 21/01/2008 21:28

Thanks Gibberish, you're right of course! I haven't left MN since my last post on here!

Janni · 21/01/2008 21:30

Bianca - good luck for tomorrow. These things are often worse in our imagination than reality. Can you plan a treat for afterwards?

TheMadHouse · 21/01/2008 21:34

Bianca I am thinking of you and will kick my DH's arse to post the stuff. It might help.

No ironing for me. DH is wii-ing, I am watching messiah and laptoping. Dh says he can not take the lead seriously.

I am hoping for a good nights sleep too Bianca Gibberish Will mail.

dh got an envelope from work today for the extra he did over christmas with their move he ttok the time off in loo and he gave me 2/3rds to get treats in the weekly shop, which is great and much appreciated and unexpected. That is from DH and his work.

dinner made and eaten
washing up done
kitchen cleaned
internet banking done

ruby is the strictly work out worth getting?
jas red lentils are great for eeking out the mince in lasagne and bolognese and no-one ever notices!

DontDreamItBeIt · 21/01/2008 21:52

I've had a shower and washed my hair.
Time for a Baileys I think

I will be thinking of you tomorow morning Bianca and sending calming thoughts your way.

FunkyGlassSlipper · 21/01/2008 22:19

Bianca, I make DH come to the dentist with me. Hope it goes ok. Just think every minute you are in the chair means you are one minute closer to getting out of it.

Grouchyoscar · 21/01/2008 23:22

What a ruddy day...

Well it's the last bit that just goes bonkers

Done my morning routines, take Ed to school then work the rest of the morning

Then home, lunch, put damp duvet covers in dryer and back to work

Collect Ed, home, make the tea he asked for (chocolate spread and peanut butter toast not as awful as it sounds honest) Do some reading with him. Catch up on flying, mostly laundry (he needed all his clothes washing, what the hell does he do at school exactly?) at some stage or another. Put Ed to bed and

Chaos begins

Half way through his story he throws up all over our bed! He was struggling to eat the banana he asked for. Strip the bedclothes off and remake the bed. S&S Ed, settle him and go have my dinner. Do bedtime routine, pop to bed, notice funny smell in our room

And

He's been sick in his sleep...lavishly All over the freshly made bed, himself...ewwwwh

DH strips the bed, I bath a sleepy Ed, get him dry, bed is remade and we find the problem

His Dad gave him milk that was on the turn

DH makes his peace with Ed (ED gets a blue Ramone out of it so he's happy and I empty the 1st honked on duvet out of the WM, put it to dry and load the newly vommed on stuff in and run.

Ed is asleep and seems to be no worse for wear, hopefully morning will be like nothing happened (apart from the increased leccy bill for the extra WM and TD loads)

Right, must sleep
