How much do you pay for your cleaner?

To all those who have cleaners, how much do you pay? Where are you based? And do you use a self employed cleaner, a cleaning company or an agency? How many hours a week do you have a cleaner in your home? I am double checking my prices are fair an in keeping with the current market.

I pay 12.50 an hour directly to my cleaner. I don't think she pays tax

Thenewcleaner · 07/05/2021 15:51

Thanks for your reply? What region do you live in please as I know prices vary massively throughout the country

Thank you to everyone for your replies. Is there anything that you wished your cleaner would do differently and is there anything that you particularly love about your cleaner?

My cleaner charges £10 an hour. I pay cash and ask no questions.

I love that she changes my bedding ( no more fights with my king sized duvet cover, and my bedroom feels like a hotel bedroom on Friday nights!). I didn't ask her to, she just offered it as part of the service.

£14 an hour in N. London.

I love people who use their initiative. I really hate pointing out the obvious.
