Hello all. Please can someone order me to get showered and dressed and write my Christmas cards before it is too sodding late!

No can't really lay down. If i lay on the sofa DD's will be jumping all over me! Lol!

Ive emptied Tumble Dryer and put somemore in.

A whole selection box.

I'm going to try and do DD's bedroom now.At least i can just sit on the flor sorting through the mess.

I'm off to have a bath and get kids bathed...dd1 and ds have a birthday party this afternoon (like they need MORE junk food and Hype!!!)

Dd2 needs de snotting!!!!

You've got quite a bit done, though.

I've cooked my nut loaf, washed up, and tidied kitchen (ready for more mess when I do tonights roast.

Going to bath dds and get them working in their room now.

DD's room nearly tidy. Just one corner to do then i can put some toys from downstairs back in the room to make room for all the new toys.
Head has eased a bit for now! Hopefully it will go totally soon.

Front room looking tidyer. Not 100% yet but better.

Sorry you have had a bad head tort, I have as well. My head feels like I have been drinking. I would not mind some much if I had been. I`m going to see my GP again tomorrow so will see what she has to say.

Done loads today. Bedrooms tidy, lounge was tidy, Kitchen all cleaned. I have not hoovered as that would make my head hurt even more.

DS1 has not been so bad today. He still woke up earlier then he would do on a school day but at least it was 6:30 so later than yesterday. I bet I have to wake him tomorrow.

luda, That was nice of your HD to get the DC
hyper and then go to work. Your in laws do like to go OTT by the looks of things. One pressie what they gave cost more than what I spent on 3 DC for their main pressies.

DC even more hyper now as they have been at a party all afternoon..have bought balloons back, which are already driving me nuts! DD1 is being a little Cowbag, I told her if she didn't behave then she wouldn't get any pressies for christmas...she replied with "but you have to....nanny will be upset if you don't" GRRRRRRRR.

She has a school party tomorrow and a trip to the cinema...she seems slightly too smug for her own good!

DD2 has flaked out again so I'm gonna get some medicine and get her off to bed..

Thats what I am planing on doing tort. I know lost is on tonight but I can miss that as its on again Wednesday. The Christmas holidays start as of the end of Tuesday so we don't have to worry about getting up and getting ready for school.

Paracetamol's don't seem to be working on my head either. it gets a bit better for about an hr or so and then comes back worse than it was before. I dont think this weather is helping. Hot on minute and cold the next.

Hope your head is better soon. Fingers crossed we dont have bad heads over Christmas!

My DS's finish school wednesday.
I'm not very good at going to bed early! But i will try because i want to shake off all bugs before xmas and have to go to shops tomorrow.

Yeah, Xp1 mum would try and do better then I could on my DSs. He would try and find out what I was going to get them and then tell his mum. It never worked here though.

Xp1 would fill the DSs up with crap food and sweets when he had them on Saturdays. DS1 would be really high but then on Monday it would be like he had a hangover b/c he was so low.

Hope DD2 is feeling better soon.

I suppose I have all this to come with my DC, though DS1 is pushing already that he knows better at times. He does things now that I would never dream of doing/saying to my mum and dad.

I hope HN and Tort are soon feeling better - headaches are the pits if you have small kids to look after.

Luda - I have the same problem with my PIL, they spend so much on the kids and often on crap that breaks really quickly or on stuff that we've got already cos they never bother to ask what the kids actually want! This year I know MIL has bought part of a train set for ds which is not compatable with the set he has- we've told her but she just won't listen! I often feel as though they're taking away my job at Christmas cos they give more presents than we do...
I will not let it bother me this year, I will not let it bother me this year....

I've done no FLYing today but we have finally got our tree up and I'm feeling really Christmasy this evening. I'll wrap some presents tonight.

Well done for getting the tree up shouldbe. Better late than never.!! Just think of the money you could make on Ebay selling the unwanted toys.

My headache seems to come and go.One minute its fine then suddenly i get a pain across the front then it goes again for a few mins! I often get a 3 day headache before a period is due so its probably just that! Just tomorrow to go then.

ooohhh ebay...hadn't thought of that! May well use it this year if need be.... It's all such a waste of their pension money - I know all the presents are bought through love of the grandchildren but still! There's no need to spend a fortune on small kids.

I do pity you with such a bad head - I suffer from headaches from time to time and it's just awful...really hope it's all passed by Christmas.

School finished on Friday here so we're already in holiday mood. Kids were awake at the crack of dawn this morning whereas I usually have to wake them on a school morning - why do they do that?! We watched dd in the nativity play this morning which was very sweet and make me blub - I'm hopeless at watching things like that. Ds wouldn't take part as predicted so they were a king short! Never mind, it was lovely anyway

Remember I had a window that broke in DD's room a while ago? Well ive just noticed the small window in the downstairs bathroom has broken too. Seems like a window fault in cold weather to me. I will be phoning H/A in the morning! I bet they still say we don't cover window repairs!!

The littuns don't really bother me when I have bad heads, some of their toys do so they go out of the way, hehe, its more the WM and hoover that makes my head worse.

Glad to see that I am not the only one who has DC that get up early on weekend/holidays yet have to be woke up on school days. DS1 is coming up to 7 years yet doing things like getting up early when not at school. I thought it was teens that only did that.

Tortoise, I remember you saying about the window. Well I would push them to look into it! Something is not right for 2 windows to do the same thing. This house I am in now is getting cracks getting bigger. Next door said the same is going on round her house. (they are fixed) Her DH says its b/c its been so dry and the house are on the move. Maybe your house is moving and the windows are braking b/c of that. It could be that the window is to big for the frame as well. I know they need room to move with the heat and the cold, maybe your windows don't have that room to move so brake. I would push them anyway.

Dc were in bed by 7pm so I had a hot bath. Now in PJs. DD and me did the DSs lunch boxes while they were in the bath. Cloths are ready for the morning,So all I have to do in the morning is get up.

Shouldbe are on holidays now, mine will be after Tuesday and tort`s on Wednesday. Wonder how w all have different times with holidays, yet we are all suppose to have the same schooling.

EHM Head is still the same, just wish it would go. He will get the Birthday wrapping paper, just not until his birthday next month. lol.

I think so of his moods are b/c he is tired and not thinking before hand or what he is doing.

Yeah it is.I think thats why im failing! I couldn't stick to baby steps and have no routine in place.I really need a weekly routine with set daily tasks like change beds on a monday(or whatever).
I think i will wait until the new year and start over again and see if i can get a routine written down.
