Thanks for low carbing advice Swan - fortunately I love all those summer 3-beany salady dishes ... I'm afraid there are many more dishes I could add to the list of Belgian's finest but will be definitely eating my 'witloof' in salad form today!!

Respect to those of you who have energetic young boys - had two of them here yesterday afternoon (favour for a friend) and they were delightful - but much more energy-intensive than girls (imo)! But went to bed early last night and raring to go again now! Speaking of which ...had better get on.
