To taking adult children and their partners away for a major wedding anniversary
Fancy somewhere in the Mediterranean like Majorca or Minorca. Really like the idea of a villa with everyone of rooms I cannot stand the thought of having to think about lunch or wipe surfaces.
Wouldn't be averse to a hotel set up or all inclusive but school holidays and it's all gonna be dreadful
Anyone got any ideas of a set up where we can have a bit of food catered for us without having to worry about who's vegetarian and so?

I’d hire a chef. I was in a holiday recently and a chef was hired who provided three meals a day, (three/four courses for evening meal) plus catered for small children and provided vegan and veggie options..

How many people are there in total and what is your approximate budget?

This looks like a converted office block! All single beds too - not very romantic for a wedding anniversary.

It's definitely not an office block!
Single beds can be converted to doubles, same as most hotels.
Did op want romantic?
Anyway plenty of other suggestions on the thread for OP too.

I've stayed in plenty of villas and self catering apartments but have never ever cooked on holiday.
You go out to restaurants. At a push breakfast at the villa.
Then you have all the advantages of space and privacy plus good restaurant food.

How many people is it for Op?

I would recommend Simpsons Villas- lots of their villas come with private chef option. Give them a call and explain what you want.
