Hi,

Dp and I have booked a long weekend in Krakow for November. Really looking forward to it, does anybody have any recs of things we must do or places we must try for food and drinks?

We are doing Auschwitz and the salt mines in one day. I’m also planning on visiting Schindler's museum.

Tia

@drspouseI booked the miners route in the salt mines. Its very interactive and perhaps geared more to kids.

Just booked direct and took a taxi there.

If anyone goes for longer, then get the train to Wroclaw, its close, its my favourite city, no tourists, lots of history, old town and rivers and parks.

My favourite was the castle, but its a wind tunnel and I froze (February) . There's also a really good folk museum. We didn't do either Auschwitz or the salt mines.

Wroclaw is 3hrs by train, it's not close. There's also an airport in Wroclaw, you can fly direct for another weekend.
