Yes the stokke yoyo.
I don’t see why a pram isn’t as essential as someone else’s luggage. It is babies luggage. If we flight Ryanair I pay the extra for priority boarding which allows one overhead bag per person, the pram is my sons overhead ‘bag’. And actually we pay for three people priority (myself, dh and Ds), and only take the pram that goes overhead. In its pram bag, within the baggage size. It’s not taken as an extra to luggage, but as his main luggage.
So many places you don’t get pram on arrival but on luggage carousel. At Heathrow when Ds was around 18 months that was a 2hr queue from arrival, through passport queues until luggage halls. I was so glad we had the pram as Ds napped for half of it and then was ok in queue with snacks and toys in pram. Otherwise he would have been trying to run off.
I used sling until Ds was 3.5 years for walking and hiking, but not with carrying extra rucksacks and changing bag and pile of coats, or indoors for 2hrs when it’s boiling hot. A pram is more convenient.
We have also used a lot over the years on trains in small overhead racks, or other places. Even in the car it’s handy for travel as folds small enough to fit pram in boot alongside luggage for 2 weeks, travel costs or kids beach stuff, Toddler bike. Our main pram takes up 3/4 the boot
