Has anyone been? Is it worth it?

Thanks all - pink sand looks gorgeous. How warm is the sea?

Perfect temperature. I don’t sunbathe so I snorkelled. The aquatic animal life in the bays is unbelievable. You can also hire pedallo things at at least one location. It’s very easy to entertain yourself for hours in and around the sea.

Depends on what you like. Been there a few times as I have family living there. Unless you like lying by a pool or on a beach there’s not much else to do. You can see ‘the sights’ in what amounts to a long weekend. You can only get around using public transport or hiring a moped, no hire cars. Beautiful as it is I was relieved to leave after 2 weeks. It is only 21 miles long and a mile wide at its widest point.
