Did anyone go to Turkey last summer? Wondering what the typical temperatures are like. Wanting real experiences rather than averages on google

I went last year in both July and October. October was a much, much nicer temperature during the day. Still plenty hot enough for sunbathing and the sea was still warm. It is chilly in the evenings though so you definitely need a few jumpers if you plan to sit out at night. July was too hot for me and for my kids who preferred to be inside where there was aircon!

We are going to side end of June, hoping for low 30's rather than 40.

We went mid June and it was 30s in the shade by mid day.

We avoided July and went during October & it was lovely in the mid to high 20's with less tourists.

If was an absolute nightmare ! And we were staying in a top rated 5 star .
The air con just could not cope and dining areas etc . were too warm .
You could never eat outside . Like being on an oven .
Even the sea was too warm to be refreshing !!!
Was never so glad to get back to Dublin and will never go to those temps again . Madness . Barely saw anything outside the hotel .
