Feather Down Farm recs?

Tempted by the lastmin feather down farm deal here to coincide with an upcoming inset day. Has anyone been to any of the sites? Ideally looking for options within 2-3 hours of London. I have two kids aged 3 and 6. Like the idea of camping but haven't got all the gear and much prefer hotels tbh, think the kids would love it and a good comprimise for us...

Keen to know if anyone's been and would recommend?

College Farm in the Norfolk Broads - it’s got an indoor play barn and outdoor area. The indoor play barn was a life saver when it rained! Plenty to do in the area too.
