Has anyone ever visited this place?
How on earth do you get there from UK (north)
It looks beautiful!

visited July a few yrs pre covid,. absolutely stunning, better than the pictures.. summer Is gorgeous - do be out of by a few people - aim for an a early morning start

We took the overnight Ferry from Portsmouth to St Malo and drove directly to Mont St Michel that mornign. .. there is easy day parking approx .8 -1 mile from Mon St Michel - specifically for tourism - you buy a ticket and there is a sole purpose bus service that takes passengers there and back every 20mins. Or you can walk - and gain a sense of the pilgrimage to MSM.

you will easily spend a day there, also take a few snacks as you will get hungry on your clime up to the top.

views are incredible in addition to the fascinating understanding of the religious history.

From there you can easily continue an holiday around Brittany and Normandy!
