Cabin pram

I have both a yoyo2 and bugaboo butterfly. I prefer the latter as it has a bigger canopy hood and built in foot rest. However I can't see anything to 100% guarantee it can be taken as carry on. I know BA accept the yoyo but does anyone know if other prams are definitely accepted as carry on? The butterfly folds down similarly to the yoyo but is slightly bigger folded.

Did they weigh or measure your butterfly? Thanks

No, they just asked us to fold it at the gate and then when they saw it folded were like yeh that’s fine. At check in they had said that we could take it on as long as it was small enough to fit in the overhead lockers and that was for the gate staff to decide. It easily fitted in the overhead locker. In my experience the airline staff know about yo-yos but not others so if they ask you if it’s a yo-yo just respond with either yes or it’s the same size and they are all good.

We’ve flown with easy jet recently and had no problem fitting the butterfly in the overhead cabin. We paid the extra charge to so this though.

does anyone have the board attachment with the butterfly? Would you say it’s stable enough to use.
Thanks
