New York for 3 nights

Can anyone tell me how much it is to visit New York inc flights and hotel for approx 3 nights?

I desperately want to go (probably in Feb half term) with my DH and DC. But the quotes online are coming up with under £2000 inc hotel which seems too low.

Can anyone give me a ball park so I know what looks right?

Agree with the comments about food. We went in December 2019 and were paying around $100 per night for evening meal including a tip. That was for two adults
