20kg for a family of 3

We’re going to Spain over Easter and I’ve just realised I’ve only booked 20kg of luggage. 2 adults and a 3 year old. 4 days. Dh takes barely anything. Is this do-able or mad?

It’s a very, very chilled out beach holiday so not planning on lots of outfit/shoe changes! I’m thinking it’s doable now but might book an extra 10kg just in case. We won’t be taking a car seat as we’re getting a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

We can share shampoos etc too!
