Copenhagen is great in winter - atmosphere, food, hygge
Bordeaux in summer - if you like wine and visiting vineyards!!
Barcelona - La Sagrada Familia is my favourite building in the world

  1. Budapest
  2. Venice
  3. Maybe Paris. I love it and used to live there but hated it when I took DC for a weekend. It was grossly overpriced, hard and rude. Probably Amsterdam or Rome instead.

But definitely Budapest at the top.
