Make sure you're drinking enough water dizziness can be a sign of dehydration esp in this weather. I hope you sort it out soon.

I had vertigo a few months back and I did feel tired. I went to the doctors and she could see from the way my eyes were tracking that I definitely had vertigo. She gave me some pills which they admit they dont know why they work, they just do. I think living with it makes you tired.

Anyway I saw my osteopath today and she tells me she has labyrinthitis and her Dr told her she is the 5th person to come in with it in 2 working days. She was told it was going round and not to worry. I've just found "WHAT IS LABYRINTHITIS? People sometimes refer to labyrinthitis as an inner ear infection, but it usually isn't due to an actual ear infection. In the most general terms it's a condition which causes irritation of tiny structures such as microscopic hair cells which project into fluid-filled canals (labyrinths) within the vestibular system located deep in the inner ear. Normal balance is, to a degree, controlled by movement of fluid and particles in the labyrinths, in response to changes of body position. This causes the hair cells to send electrical impulses to the brain helping to define the body's orientation. In labyrinthitis the hair cells and other structures in the labyrinths have become irritated or inflamed. They discharge randomly, sending chaotic messages to the brain, tricking the brain into thinking you or your surroundings are moving or spinning"

I'd go to the Dr the pills really helped me.

If you are pregnant the Viamin A content of standard multi tablets can be dangerous - the pregnacy ones are better in those circ.

Hope you are feeling well soon nutty

I had labrythitis when dd was a few weeks old. It was the most scary thing ever. I would be violently sick along with room spinning and very dizzy. I would have to go to bed and lie still for hours (not great with baby who demanded to be carried around and rocked all the time!). Finally had to stop breast feeding and got some fantastic pills (can't remember what the were) which soon did the trick.

I really hope you don't have it. The heat also makes me dizzy. What about hypoglycemia? Do you feel better for eating/drinking? I would go and see the doctor if it doesn't clear up in a couple of days.
