Trigger warning worriwd about oral cancer

I grind my teeth in my sleep which i no about..

Over the years ive repeadidly biten the same area on my tougne for years...sonetimes the same place once ive biten my tougne..
I suffer with really bad health anxety and for some reason looked at my tounge...
It lokks differwnt to the other side...im worried abiut mc.

Ive attasched a pic had anykne had this from bitting in same place.

I don’t know, it’s probably scar tissue, but visually you cannot see a thing. You need to go and see your GP for health anxiety.

Your tongue looks completely normal. If it feels weird, it’s most likely because you keep sticking your tongue out, poking at and touching it. There’s a possibly that it might just be a tiny bit of scar tissue where you’ve previously bitten it.

You need treatment for your health anxiety and you also need to stop obsessively posting about it. It’s making you feel worse.
