As a lump in his mouth sadly despite treatment it was too late.Sorry. Please get an urgent appointment at your dentist.

Grinding your teeth and repeatedly biting your tongue will make it look different

Soft, skin colored and looks a bit different aren't symptoms of mouth cancer

There is a textured bit tho i dont no if thats where ive biten it and its gone like that

I hope you've got a mouth guard from your dentist. The tongue will look different if you've repeatedly caused trauma there. But the mouth heals pretty quickly. It is probably a bit of scar tissue.

Please try not to worry. Lots of people grind teeth or bite their lip/cheek. It doesn't mean you'll get cancer.

The worst thing for oral cancers is smoking, drinking too much and HPV.

Orally? I don't think having it genitally effects the mouth. I'm not certain on that though.

Even then you mention you keep biting down on that part so that's probably the only reason why it looks different. But do see your GP and ask for a referral to maxillofacial or whatever they call it.

If you instantly jump from 'reasonable reaction' (the constant biting has damaged that part of your tongue, to 'unreasonable reaction' (OMG I have mouth cancer!) then it's your health anxiety that needs treatment, not your mouth.

Its like irs a small squishy lump has formed tho in that area

You don’t have mouth cancer. You have a mental health issue that needs treating.

But i fear is the constant biting beacuse of what it is that i keep catching or is it from me biting that place repeatidly every time i bite my tougne 😢

I'd say the continual biting has caused scar tissue. As pp have said, the dentist knows the signs to look for.
Maybe you need to try and address your health anxieties.

Good luck, health anxiety is shut and even worse when you can actually see something physically wrong. Hope you get some good advice today and feel better
