Shopping list for heavy cold

I'm sat in bed with a heavy cold, feeling quite meh. I think I must be missing something to help me with this.

What's on your list?

Paracetamol. Ibuprofen.
Lemon and honey glycerin.
Baby wipes (to save my nose from getting red/sore...)

What else?

Oh dear God @IBegYourBiggestPardon !!!! I heaved just thinking about that. Urgh. Good grief. Have you recovered? How long did it take to get rid of the taste?

@ChristmasLightsLover I had really bad heartburn for a few days but after that I was fine. The gunk that was on my chest also disappeared so that was a plus side. Although that might've been from throwing it all back up afterwards. The bottle looked identical to a cough medicine bottle so I'm much more cautious now 😅

Following! I'm feeling crap with a heavy cold/ chest infection.
